I love that I get to pour my own amount of popcorn in the bucket as well as how much butter, I love layering the butter and popcorn. The theater is always so clean and the staff is so polite and amazing. I always enjoy the movies that I've seen. It's an all around great experience.

Brought my wife and a party of 10 to bowling. Very friendly staff. Accommodated as best they could being a bit understaff. Great experience and let us eat her birthday cake. Come here all the time always 10/10
Always loved the santikos experience. The $5 Final Cut deal has been great for catching up on movies I never got the chance to see.

I enjoyed that you can purchase tickets on your own. I enjoyed that it was fully staffed and not short staffed. I enjoyed the clean lobbies and clean theater centers. I enjoyed the comfort and style of the seating of the theater. I enjoyed the variety of snacks and drinks, especially alcoholic. Most importantly, I enjoyed that every time I use the laboratory facilities they are sparkling clean and well stocked.

The mission justifies the expense but it's becoming REALLY expensive to attend movies in any theatre- including Santikos. The mission is your secret sauce but waaay under-emphisized. There are lots of ways to improve this dynamic that will increase traffic.
Please consider reducing the "convenience fee" down to your costs of CC processing fees only. Same goes for the delivery fee of food. You want to incentivize food purchases and convenience not provide disincentives. Do an analysis - volume and retained margins will increase from purchases made easy and will outpace any revenue from the delivered-to-your-seat fees. Rainchecks are appreciated but almost worthless since you can't book online with them.
