I love Santikos and go often. Can you please clean your carpets they are nasty. Staff needs some customer service training.

Great theater with great employees
Santikis theaters has always been my favorite. I refuse to go to any other theaters unless I absolutely have to. My family knows I will only visit santos theaters. In my opinion they have the best accommodations and customer service.
This is my favorite theater to watch movies. I especially love it since the remodel a few years back.
My wife and I love having a movie night every so often and Santikos Cibolo is always our choice theater. We don’t want to choose any other location. My only gripe was finding out that my rewards points expire. After years of saving my reward points I ended up losing a lot of points. No one has ever told me that until our last visit. I’ve lost hundreds of points because of this. Had I know. I would’ve used them more often instead of trying to save them.
The reclining seats and reserved seats are great. Gives me a peace of mind knowing I don't have to struggle to find a seat and don't have to arrive 30 mins early just to get a good one.
I actually loved the reclining seats. I usually go to Embassy since it’s closer and I was not expecting much when looking at the seating chart.

This is a very comfortable theater; it is always clean and maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
I've always loved this theater since I found it in Lake Mary, as always the reclining seats are plus. The volume was a tad loud, as it has been the past couple times I've gone, I'm chalking that up to the movie makers however, because the speaking scenes were at normal volume. Other than that, I still love this place!
