Excellent seating and experience! My only thing was the popcorn was cold and had too many kernels, and my movie showing was at 7:30pm.

the wonderful recliner chairs...what what a comfortable, relaxing feeling. The space and distance between the seating and the items that can be selected from the snack bar, including pizza and beer. WOW what an upscale to attract people who usually do not go to movies

Quick service, professional, clean
Our group is there every Monday night for Trivia and several days a month for movies.
We did some bowling first and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The concession staff was also very helpful and friendly.
The cleanliness and rewards system. We always go to Santikos wither it’s for a family movie night or just to bowl. I like that it’s less crowded compared to other places.
Very clean and efficient. The kiosks are a little confusing though. I bought my ticket online and thought I was supposed to use a QR to get a ticket or scan my QR on my phone. We asked what to do and the worker behind the counter at the concession area said just walk into the movie. No one checked our tickets - we could have walked in off the streets and viewed the movie for free. We would not have done this, of course, but a little shocking. No accountability.

I value their contributions back to the community over other national chains. Casa Blanca is spacious, clean, and the Military Monday and Super Tuesday promotions make it affordable to go see first run shows.

I love that it’s small, comfortable and not crowded. I love that I can get as many refills on popcorn and soda as I want. I highly recommend this theater!
