Very clean establishment with friendly service. I've can't remember ever having a bad experience at any Santikos theater, just good memories.. Some of us do miss the THX note played before films begin, that was awesome.
I think the sound is off a bit. It was not balanced well in auditorium 8 at least. Also the stair lights are way too bright not sure why they didn’t dim more once the movie started but it kept the room much more lighted than it felt appropriate.
The entire experience was fabulous. The kids had a great time, and the manager was so nice! We will definitely do it again!!!

They took care of us from beginning to end and several people at the birthday party asked how they could arrange something similar for their children or their businesses. We will be sure to do it again!
