Santikos is the best from all the rest!
It’s a very nice theater and the environment is the best I’ve been to.
Great customer service and clean theater
Santikos is always the best
Great theater and nicely located
I love IMAX. It revolutionizes my movie watching experience. My only request would be better seats in the auditorium!
Friendly employees and clean facility.
The employees were great and kind and patient with my little one while we were picking out candy.
The Santikos experience is absolutely amazing! Their staff is always friendly and on my most recent visit they even remembered me at concessions and asked how my movie was. The theaters themselves are great as well, with the seats being a specific feature that makes me choose to go back to the Mooresville Amstar. Overall, great experience and lovely, personable staff.
The management and staff at the Oxford Alabama location was amazing. They made our school field trip great. They had the popcorn and drinks ready when we arrived and made sure all of our students had the accommodations ( audio assist/ open captions) they needed to enjoy the movie.
Easy ticket purchase and very friendly concession staff.
The ease of buying tickets online, rewards system and the updated reclining chairs.
Our family really enjoyed the atmosphere of Santikos. It was inviting and family friendly. cleanliness of the theater. However the bathroom needed cleaning.
Friendly staff& clean facilities
It’s a nice, clean theater. The food and drink options are great. Seats are comfortable. There was nothing not to like.
Good movie and nice theater.
Cleanliness, the staff were nice and efficient with the large crowd of teenage students.
Quick service and clean theater
Location service
Good customer service and drinks and popcorn were good. I don’t mind using the app to buy tickets, but there’s a fee associated to using the app so I will continue to buy tickets inside the movie theater. Plus, I like people interaction rather than doing everything on the phone my biggest issue that I had with my visit the last few times was the theater being very uncomfortably hot. It seems like customers have to tell the management to turn on the AC I used to be able to bring my blankets and be comfortable and cozy but now I had to put my hair up and fan myself in the theater while I was watching the movie. Not a good experience. I love that y’all do Monday, five dollars for first responders and military very much appreciate that.
We enjoyed the redecorated auditorium. It was clean and comfortable.
The staff was timely and friendly
Santikos Galaxy is an excellent theater with great food, drinks, arcade, and seating/movie experience!
Love going to the Movies and love this theatre.
Discount Tuesdays and Monday for Vets
It was a very nice experience. Seats were nice and spaced out.

My favorite part was the comfy chairs! My granddaughter and I had a blast watching Zootopia 2!
