Customer service, clean. One thing y'all should look into is kids going into movies they didn't buy tickets for. We went to watch Until Dawn and 2 young girls were walking around, being loud, and we're very disrespectful. You can tell they didn't buy tickets because they walked up the stairs to see if there were empty seats. Ended up sitting on the handicap row, left and came back and sat on the other side of handicap row. Everyone in the theater was telling them to hush! Just something to keep in mind now that it's going to be summer time.

I really love this theatre! Myself in my family goes very frequently.. The only thing I would change for right now is that the seat needs to be reupholstered every so often. Most of them have a lot of wear and tear and I’ve even been a couple times where the recliners didn’t work. Other than that, the staff is really friendly, it’s clean and an overall nice outing!

It is close to my home. There is no problem with traffic and plenty of parking. My grandkids and I enjoy eating food available. Rewards are great too!

We always have a great experience with booking and the actual visit to santikos when we book field trips. Shannon is amazing at communication and the Mayan Palace was very accommodating to our group.

I love this theater! We went for the first time on Sunday and then returned Monday for the mystery movie. We live over 40 miles away and are much closer to other theaters, but we love your theater! It’s our new go to!
