Love the seats, popcorn, and drink options
We went for a 1030 am moving and it was our first experience there. Although the concessions workers seemed tired they were nice to me and my family. Unfortunately the popcorn was cold but it was mostly for the kids anyway. We were very happy to see this theater has the reclining seats and we also noticed the daiquiri area on the way out, so we’ll def be back for a kid free movie experience! Overall very clean, nice staff and great atmosphere.

The associate at the counter was super helpful and accommodating. He saved me on the food by explaining the best options. I even used my points to get a free large popcorn tub.

I really like that we're able to serve our own popcorn and drinks, that's one thing, the other is the theaters aren't big but, rather smaller and cozy and very clean.

The location has improved so much. The app works now. The rewards program is fantastic, and many of the projection issues have been solved. The refurbishing of much (but not all) of the seating is very welcome.

A couple of kids working behind the concession counter are amazing especially one of the identical twins. He’s very courteous and friendly.
It's good to see that my feedback is taken seriously, although it was just an honest opinion/feedback. I understand that over time things tend to wear down, and was explained that it was on their radar to replace those seats that needed to be fixed. That's what makes Santikos a great theater to visit. And although it is slightly out of the way from other theaters we can visit. Santikos is usually our first choice to watch a movie.

Service was great. The Santikos ads that play before the movie are mixed way too loud compared to all the other ads. Everything else was great.
