During the summer break, I make the most of my downtime by participating in Military Monday. While I could choose another non-Santikos location, I prefer to support a cause that truly makes a difference. By directing my funds toward this initiative, I feel confident that I'm helping those who serve our country. Santikos' service to the community is stronger in unity, as long as I continue to support Santikos.
The friendly environment, the atmosphere, and the overall setting of Santikos are all great, but most of all, I appreciate the discount I get on Mondays for being a veteran. Thank you.

Short lines, clean facilities, variety in the arcade, comfortable seats, good temperature in theater, good volume level (not too loud or quiet).
the staff were friendly and helped us with our purchases, made a few jokes with each other, good vibes all around 12/10 employees, I come to this theatre at least 2-3 times a month and love it everytime

We always have a great experience at the movies. I'm not thrilled about you being cashless, and the arcade is a huge rip off now, but the movies are always a good time.
Voice dialogue scenes was really quiet and hard to hear, forgot to report it to customer service.

I like that Santikos is a clean theater and will message you to let you know when your food is ready so that you don’t have to wait in the lobby.
Individuals at the front desk, concession stand , and ticket taker are all polite.

Everything! The theatre seats, the customer service, the cleaniness, the unlimited popcorn and drinks, the popcorn party pack (finally!). The Westlake Santikos is my favorite!!

It was a great experience, we had a group of 12 attend and the associated help make this check in process quick and easy. We will be doing some future team building at the movies, it was fantastic!
We love the Military/ First Responders Appreciation Day on Mondays! We see a lot of our First Responders and military taking advantage of that. And we personally like the Senior Discount days! Thank you for your consideration to these groups! Two items I wish were better.
1. The track lights (stairway lights) are too bright in some of the studios. Or maybe it's that they are reflecting upward too much. I occasionally find them shining in to my eyes once the theater lights are dimmed.
2. I love the reclining seats, but I wish you would add the table to pull over in front of us . And even better if you served food to go on the table!!! Now that's a leap! Lol
