Great place to have a date or a family outing. Has everything you need in one spot. The only complaint I have is that every single person whether you’re 21 or 91 gets carded for an alcoholic drink at the bar. I do believe judgement should be used with carding. Anyone over 50 (which is visible to any normal person) should not have to be carded.
Greeted and welcomed to the theater by all 3 employees (box office, ticket tender, concession stand). It was the last showing, so I can only imagine they had been working for hours, and they still carried themselves and Santikos with an upbeat and respectful character. Even the 2 cleaning the soda stations (I believe one of them was in training by the conversation they were having) were very welcoming. The theater was clean and comfortable. Never have I been disappointed attending a movie at this location. Thank you for keeping it my favorite theater in town.
Atmosphere was great. The Coke however was so carbonated. i drank about a 1/3 and had to get up in the movie and go poor it out and get from another machine which was somewhat better but still very carbonated.. I was so belching and passing gas before movie was even over. By night i had diarrhea.

We were very happy that you carried the DCI BIg Loud and Live streamed DCI Band Show from Indianapolis on Thursday Aug 7. Some year we had to drive up to 2 hours to a theater for that show. The theater was nice and comfortable, and the many snacks were excellent. We purchased many as this show lasted about 6 hours. We hope you will do it in 2026.
I love Santikos the staff is great the popcorn is delicious, the theater is kept clean at all times overall all great experience.

Zach the Manager was extremely courteous and helpful with my large UNSALTED popcorn and large cup for my drink! I had to wait only a few minutes for the next batch of popcorn to finish popping so he could give me my UNSALTED popcorn, what a treat that was!!!
The theatre #12, was clean, but the seats felt a bit worn, old, and rundown.
The screen for a theatre that seats less than 200 seemed more than adequate, as it was a large screen! The sound system was good, but could have been turned up a bit, not just me, but the person next to me thought the same as well.
Overall, a B+.

I visited there on August 5 at 2 PM to see the new. I know what you did last summer. I was accompanied by two of my friends when I went to the concessions I asked the girl if there was any Moscato available for my friend she said I don’t know what that means ““ I said I can see the wines. I just can’t read them from here. I just wondered if you had a Moscato she said well I’m only 20. I do not know what that means and said it in a very demeaning, very rude tone. I said well the names of the wines are on the bottle. If you could just read them and see if one of them is possibly a Moscato. she said “I can’t do that. I’m only 20. I don’t know what that means.” She was so rude to me that I’ve been thinking about it for the past ten days. I cannot believe that you would employ somebody like that. Honestly, at this point, I’d be surprised if she does still have a job there. Then a nice, very sweet lady took over when she heard the way that she (the 20year old) was talking to me, and she was the most accommodating and nicest lady ever. the man who took our tickets at the door was very sweet as well, and I saw him assisting an older gentleman later on throughout my show that could not find his theater. What a very sweet man. the man who took our tickets, and the lady who took over are the kind of people you should employ. Now the lady who felt it was her only job to tell me that she was 20 and that she couldn’t read what was on the bottle… You should not employ people like that. She was so rude to me that I’ve been thinking about it every single day since then. I would appreciate a response as well. Thank you so much. We had a good experience! Popcorn tasted good, cashier was friendly, seats worked, bathroom was clean, and movie was pretty decent!
