It was quiet. The theater was comfortable. Hardly anyone in the theater for that showtime. The popcorn was tasty though i put too much butter and my ICEE was cold.

The staff and company at Santikos truly make the experience worthwhile. They are kind, attentive, and genuinely open to feedback and criticism that can help improve the company. I appreciated how they took the time to listen, respond, and go above and beyond to address my concerns and ensure a better experience.
I will be revisiting this theater. In addition to the outstanding staff, the theater was clean, the sound of the movie was well balanced/not too loud, and the seating was very comfortable. The process of getting into the theater was also quick and efficient, which made the overall visit even more enjoyable.

In a previous survey I expressed my complaints and management was very quick to respond and address my concerns and the solutions they are putting into play. The manager was very kind and we will definitely be returning! We really appreciated management taking the time to read our survey and provide a very sincere apology. We look forward to coming back to a theatre that cares for their customers!
