Front desk staff was very attentive and welcoming! They took the time to explain a lot of how visits work upon arrival, along with a tour. My massage with Ryan E. was a great collaboration to ensure that I received the treatment I needed for the issues I was experiencing. Once my massage was complete, we continued to have a great dialogue around home treatments and a plan for future massages. Upon checkout, the front desk staff continued to be more than helpful with explaining memberships and planning out return visits. I'm already excited to return!

I received excellent service from your facility. James was amazing! I have already recommended your facility to my friends. I could tell the expertise of the staff and the whole experience from the hot rocks to the music and the massage, I would not have changed a single thing! it was the best massage I have ever received. As a nurse with past back injuries and shoulder injuries I have needed quite a few! I feel like the massage was really tailored to meet my particular needs.

Annalise the therapist listened attentively to my needs. She was courteous and gave me suggestions for future massage treatments based on my needs. The massage experience was wonderful.
The membership benefits; that you can roll over unused sessions; that you can pause membership when too many sessions accumulate; staff is friendly. Maria, the massage therapist is amazing. The only thing I dislike is that you don't fully get the amount of time per massage they say you get when you pay because the time you take to dress before and after the massage is included as part of the massage time, so it's about 10 minutes less per session. Occasionally, a therapist will take you to the back late and you lose more of your massage time.

Catlin does a great massage and facial. She listens to areas that are bothering you and addresses those areas.
