I have been going to Elements Massage for years now and it has been wonderful. The staff is friendly and the therapiss are the best. I would share the name of my therapist, but they are one of the best and very popular. I am afraid if I give them a shout out, it will make it even harder to book.
The customer service is excellent! And the therapists are knowledgeable and good at what they do. The environment is comfortable and relaxing.

My therapist was amaaazing! Highly recommend. Very good at maintaining deep pressure and identifying and relieving tight spots.
This is my favorite Elements location to go to. From the front desk staff to the awesome massage therapists to the owner. Everyone there cares about service and taking care of clients. My last session was great and I felt 10x better than when I first walked in the door.

my experience during my facial was awesome. However, I got lost getting to the location, the receptionist was not helpful in directing me to the location. I arrived late to my appointment.
The receptionist was very nice. The door opened, a lady greeted me with Carol, showed me to the room, advised me to remove my upper clothing. Left the room, returned and started the facial.
This facial specialist never introduced herself. I asked her if my facial was going to be 90 minutes which I paid for, she said, I can try to get everything in, but since you were late I am not sure.
The facialist lady was very serious, explained some of the products & procedure she was doing.
She did a good job, my skin felt amazing. I purchased almost $400.00 worth of products. I also, purchased three 90-minute massages for future gifts for friends and family.
I will recommend Elements massage to my friends and neighbors. Suggestion for the facialist, please do better, and be more friendly not so serious and robotic. In addition, during my intake form I checked other services, but none of that was discussed with me from the facialist. I do have another facial and massage scheduled for Aug. 23, 2026, I am hoping for a better experience with the specialist.

How considerate and accommodating the personnel were.
My massage with Rose was super relaxing. I went in stressed feeling physically very tight and tense and left feeling relaxed with no muscle pain. I have painful feet and the reflexology helped me feet tremendously!
Linda is very friendly and always checks if there are any areas she should concentrate on. Her massage gets deep into my muscles yet still relaxing. I work out a lot so she gets my tight muscles relaxed. The restrooms and massage rooms are always clean,
