Tagi? was great, no complaints. Another place I went to 2 days earlier at another Elements was terrible. The masseuse argued with me asking for more lotion, and the light was too bright, started on my back, messaged my neck and used some pinching technique that was a big waste of time. she stopped10 mins early and didn't message my arms and hands because I was 10min late due to your own bad address on the internet under Spa Finder which I had asked would be a problem when it then was. I was happy that they didn't charge me after I told them everything, but I thought you should know.

Friendly Staff, Comfortable & Relaxing Environment from lobby to massage rooms, Staff really listens and seems to care a lot, Very informative of all services but not pushy in any way. Easily & happily answered any questions I had. Massage was amazing and truly targeted the problem areas I had discussed, as well as ones I didn't realize were so bad.

I really liked Wendy's massage. It has probably been 35 years since I had a massage, and she listened to my concerns and was very careful with applying pressure because of my age and some physical problems.

The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. The massage therapists are amazing too. I love Bastat and recently I had a massage from Demi and she was amazing too. The care and attention they provide has really helped me immensely.

I have been going to Elements of Chester for years now and always had a very satisfying experience. Most recently I’ve been scheduling monthly with Kassandra because she is awesome. At times my problem areas may change and require more attention . When this happens Kassandra has no problem adjusting to the time and pressure required to always have me consistently leaving feeling 100% better.
