I had the pleasure of going to Tryce for a full body massage, targeting" certain problem areas for me & can honestly say that I feel so much better with great results !!! Tryce is a very good therapist "all around" !
Also, I should mention that, when I can't get in to see Tryce, I feel perfectly comfortable and confident in booking with any/all the therapists here at Red Mtn Elements and have found thru the years that all of them are "top notch". (and I'm kinda picky cuz I know stuff :-) )

This is what I like- SPECIFICALLY- about the Hanover location. The staff is great, very personable. I really love my massage therapist, Rachael. She will talk when I want her to talk and she will stop if I don't continue talking. She is AWARE that one of the skills of being an excellent massage therapist is "listening" to their clients. Sometimes I want to talk, but usually I don't. I'm not sure if this is something taught in massage school, but it should be.
I have on a few occasions had other massage therapists, who, once given the opportunity to start talking will not stop, and most of us, won't correct them because it's awkward to ask them to stop. We come to destress and asking them to stop is MORE stressful, and awkward.
Most of the staff at the Hanover location is amazing! I would recommend anyone wishing to join Elements to go to this location... just save me some open appointments with Rachael!
Deep Tissue Massage, good Heavy pressure (asked exactly for it) it helped me with my back/neck issue very well. Got an appointment very fast, can recommend.

I don’t have a lot of experience with massages or facials but was very much looking forward to a good experience at Elements. They did NOT disappoint! From Jazmin being super helpful with a couple of service/appointment changes, to Daniel providing an amazing massage, to Maddie who took care my facial with skill and a gentle touch. I walked out f my appointment feeling the best I’ve felt in a long time and my skin is soft and clear and just looking it’s best! 10 stars isn’t enough!

Elements Massage delivered exactly what I needed: a calm, welcoming space, and a therapist who clearly knows her craft.
