We use primarily daycare services. All I need to know is what Mycroft tells me when we arrive in the morning. He gets excited and starts talking before we pull into the parking lot. He is very happy when we go inside and does not hesitate to go with the people who work there. If it is one of his favorite people, they get an explosion of love. His tail is up and wagging and usually does not even look back as he is led to the door.

It was great being able to have the schedule and corresponding camera feeds. I’d see the same employees consistently which was nice to see that our pet was seeing the same people - who likely were getting to know our pet.
It makes a pet parent feel good to see that the people who work there genuinely like Otis. And Otis loves going there for daycare. He gets so excited at the mention of going to “school” to see his “friends”. Thank you so much for taking such good care of him.

Love the staff and the facilities. Everyone there cares about your pet and takes very good care of them and gives them the attention and love they need.
I know our dogs are well cared for whether it’s for day care or boarding and I don’t worry about them while they are there.
Most important is the fact that my dog can not get out of the car fast enough to get in. Price is reasonable and the staff stays pretty regular which is great because they know my dog so well.
Everyone is so friendly and I can fully relax when out of town knowing my pup is safe and being cared for.

As an un-neutered male dog, we’re pleased with care our dog receives. Although he can’t enjoy group playtime, he does get attention and activity with the staff. If he needs an “exit bath”, they do a good job.
I feel like my pups are safe at the pet resort, which is of utmost importance. One of my pups got sick while at the resort and I was out of town. One of the staff called me numerous times (even on her day off) to keep me informed. I felt she really cared about my boys and truly appreciate her and the rest of the staff.
I like many things about this kennel. I truly feel it's like leaving my dog with family. The staff knows every dog that walks in. My dog loves to go here. They document everything so they care for your pet like you would. Cameras to check when you miss your pup....most important. SAFE, WELL STAFFED by caring people, VERY CLEAN, well-organized. 24 hours communication by email is a plus. Even though Chewy soon to be a 10 year old Brittany and prefers to "point" and not "play" he loves to go here and activity level of other dogs he finds just as stimulating as watching for squirrels. Cameras!
