#1 reason - Caring and happy staff. They seem to know my dog and that gives me comfort and the dogs are never left unattended. Someone is always on site. Other facilities don't do that and I was concerned about them being left alone over night. We love Pet Resort because not only do we feel more secure for the safety of our sweet little Honey, we love to be able to watch her having so much fun.

Though Frank has only visited a few times, the staff really seems to care about him. We love that we can see him playing through the camera system, & when I’ve emailed to check on him, I get a quick reply.

The Pet Resort Dallas does a wonderful job caring for your pets. They are flexible and receptive to requests made on behalf of your pet during their stay. My dog always has fun at the Pet Resort.

Great customer service, very friendly and helpful staff, and my dog is freshly bathed when I pick him up.
I love that they are flexible with daycare times! My dog loves to go a play with all the dogs!
Loved the cleanliness. I was really impressed that the workers rinsed out most of his containers that stored the wet food. I saw, during playtime, that he was receiving a lot of love/hugs/pats which made me very happy! Lastly, complimentary baths are always a plus!!
