Boarding, daycare, amazing staff
Thank goodness we found Pet Resort! After trying several places with either poor service, unfriendly staff, or sky high pricing, we went back to the drawing board. So glad to have found this place. The staff is friendly and very helpful while the facility is very nice and spacious. I like that they have multiple cameras throughout the premises so that you can check on your pup while you’re away. And you can’t beat the location right next to Dallas Love. I would absolutely recommend them!
I love the convenience of the hours. The later pick up and drop off. I also like that there are indoor and outdoor play areas for the pups!
I love how courteous, friendly and professional the whole staff is. They understand how important the pups are to their families, so they provide the best treatment.

Yes, I do like your services, but sometimes it is hard to pick up my pet before 5 in the afternoon due to traffic. It would be nice to have a later time to pick up my pet, especially if I am returning to Dallas.
Gunner loves to go to here! I adore the staff and they are always very helpful and responsive... I would not go anywhere else! :-)

We use boarding and daycare. Excellent service and our Weimaraner loves being there , he gets so excited! Wonderful and loving care for all the animals The staff is fabulous and very responsible about the pets medications and special needs.

Really like being able to watch on the doggie cam to see how he's doing. He comes home very happy after his boarding here.
I love the friendly staff, and the ability to watch real-time video. I recently adopted a rescue, and it was great peace of mind to see on video how sweet the staff was with him, and how much fun he had playing with all of the other dogs! They are also wonderful with my senior dog who is blind. I know she gets lots of love and treats when she visits!

The facility is clean and the employees are friendly and seem to genuinely like my dog. I like that I can watch my dog some during the day on your video.
I loved that all employees paid close attention to every animal. It was comforting that I could always check-in by watching the video cameras. I will definitely be using Pet Resort again!
