This is hands-down one of the best facilities I have been able to take my pup to. While my dog is a little rambunctious and not suitable for being in group play, the management and the staff here welcome her with open arms and make sure that she has just as much fun as every other dog there. My dog is sometimes a bit intimidating due to her breed, size, and temperament, but she absolutely loves the team here! And, there's huge peace of mind in them having someone on-site 24/7! It's even incredibly convenient for the hours that they're open for someone like me who often travels at odd hours. I really appreciate everything they do!
You guys are obviously professionals in caring for dogs - everything from noting nuances of pets, tensing to special needs, and overall caring for pups. Everyone is friendly and cares for pups like his/her own
My go-to for 20 years. So attentive to all the pups. Somebody there 24/7. Clean as a whistle. Very responsive to e-mails and texts. Best in town.

Excellent facility. Home away from home for our 6 year old intact male mixed breed. While he can’t run with the other dogs, he gets plenty of R&R with caring staff.

Staff: And how they care.
A real person answers the phone, talks to me like I am a regular, knows me by my dog's name, knows my dog. The phone person and in person act like they see us all of the time. They act as though they have just been waiting for us to come and they are happy to see us - they are not distracted, bored or couldn't be bothered.
Staff always seems as though they have time for us.
The baths - my dog smells and looks better than when he goes to the groomer.

I like the extended pickup hours. My dog seemed to like it. Workers seemed to really care about the dogs.
The staff here is the absolute best! They look after my little one as if he was a member of their family as well. The staff is so compassionate, kind, and collaborative. My pup loves going to daycare at All American Pet Resort and truly enjoys his boarding time there as well. As soon as he realizes where we are he is ready to run out of the car to play! They also do a great job with all of their grooming services. I recommend All American Pet Resort to everyone I know!
