I love how everyone genuinely seems to take their job seriously to take great care of my dog, Hoss. He is my baby and I won’t leave him just anywhere, but I don’t have to even hesitate with All American. I also LOVE the transparency and ability to check in on my guy through the cameras.

They always take amazing care of our pups. The staff is very aware of any issues if they arrive and contact me immediately. I feel like my pups are always in the best of care and well taken care of. Great managers!

The attention to detail is impeccable! We love Pet Resort Dallas, it's worth every penny. They know my dogs & their quirks, they call them by name when we walk in the door. I cannot say enough glowing remarks about this crew!

We use your boarding service. The cameras are a nice touch, but what is most important to me is the 24/7 staffing.
We board our elderly dog, she loves it. She is loved on, fed as instructed. We are greeted when we walk in. Someone on site 24 hours.

Everything! The most amazing professional, kind, generous staff at any facility I have ever seen. They truly love our pets and treat them like their own. The grooming has always been top-notch and separating the dogs in sizes makes for a better experience for our pets. I recommend them to everyone I know, and no one has ever been disappointed

I frequently board my dogs here as I travel often for work. In the most recent stays I was impressed by the communication I was receiving and frequent updates on my dogs. I really appreciate it and makes me feel more at ease having to be away.

My dog always seems to be in great shape when i pick him up..He likes going there everytime we go,
I liked the tour that was given to us, routines explained and time was given to view my pet during her stay. It was a first for our Yorkie and plan on bringing her back for a longer stay.
