Everyone is genuinely excited to see Bo. The staff is friendly and professional. The facility is clean. Bo comes home in good spirits and not overly anxious (like he did at an our previous boarding option).
This is the only place I will board my border collie. First impressions are important and the people who greet you in the lovely lobby are very professional. It always smells clean. They invite you to “watch” your dog thru their system. You have to be able to trust the people with whom you leave your pet.
I love that All American Pet Resort has staff available 24/7. As we all know, our pets are our family too, so it’s nice to know that they are being cared for very well. Every time we have boarded our dog here, it has been pleasant and an easy process. When you walk in, it definitely feels like a resort for both you and your pet. We love them and look forward to using their services for many years to come.

Amazing staff that truly cares for your fur babies, my daughter worked their years ago and has worked at other pet boarding facilities and Pet Resort Dallas is the ONLY one we trust ....we moved and still drive over an hour to Pet Resort every time we travel :)

I love everything about All American Pet Resort Dallas! We have three very big labradors and travel a lot so it’s always comforting to know that I’m taking them somewhere that they enjoy to be and are well taken care of! They come home very tired from playing with all their friends. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else!

247 staff! This facility is full of amazing staff and the managers are awesome. This place really is one of a kind and you definitely can't get the service you receive here, anywhere else! Love these people!
I feel like we get personal care and attention for Cubby and ourselves. I like the prompt texting, the ease of booking an appointment, although it would be great if we had a long in and our information could be memorized every time we were booking a kennel stay or a doggy daycare, easy pick up and payment. All of the amenities like getting a bath and Bordetella shot. All of the staff is happy and acts like they like their job so it’s a pleasant interaction.
