I only use boarding. Easy to book. Meredith always so helpful. If I miss him I look for him on camera. Love that option! Can tell all staff love the dogs and I know he is well cared for.

I was extremely nervous about boarding my dogs because they had never been away from my husband and me. My misgivings were entirely unnecessary because they were well cared for happy upon our return. The cameras enabled us to keep tabs on their daily routine and the staff was extremely kind when I called in to check on them.

I know that the staff cares about my dog and I trust them. They always contact me promptly if there’s an issue and are happy to see him when he comes in.
I am very happy with the boarding service at Pet Resort. I appreciate the fact that the facility is staffed 24/7. It is spotlessly clean. The staff is very communicative about my dog’s behavior and needs. Being able to tune in and see my dogs in the play yard is wonderful. I know they are well cared for.
I do not use day care.
Re:grooming, I don’t believe the Dallas facility has a groomer, but if they did, I would certainly take advantage of it.
Pet Resort has a highly competent staff, excellent facilities, and flexible hours for drop off and pick up. I recommend them.

We have never had any issues boarding our lab here. Maude loves to go. The staff is professional the place is clean and I love the camera system that you can check in on your pup.

OMG!! Pet Resort Dallas is the best! Thank you for allowing me to travel with ease and for taking the absolute most amazing care of my friend, Harmony. When out-of-town, I rest peacefully knowing that she is so well taken care of, exercising, playing with other pets outside several times per day as well as with all of her toys in the privacy of her suite. I am truly appreciative that her meals and snacks are distributed per instructions and feel really great about the staff and their treatment, all around. THANK YOU!!!
