Everyone is familiar with your pet and greets them by name when we walk in the door.
I can call anytime just to check in and the staff is always happy to hear from you, will gladly check on your pet and let you know how your pets day went. I don’t ever worry when our two dogs are there. I know they are being well cared for and playing with their friends (human and furry).
Chloe loves to be there and loves playing in/w the water features. We like the sleeping arrangements and you are easy to deal with, Flexible and friendly. You care about our dog.

Pretty much everything. Mainly we chose PRD because of the 24 hour supervised care. We could never leave our dog overnight without a person on the property. After our first stay we loved everything else. The people are fantastic. Management is top notch. They really m ow your pet. The video cam is a plus too. We love watching Parker during play time. Loving staff. Very very clean.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They are very responsive with my inquiries and requests. My dog comes back home groomed, happy and healthy. Pet Resort Dallas is fully capable of handling any medical emergency that might arise, and I feel relaxed about leaving my precious girl in their care. Most importantly, my girl loves to go there.
They provide a bath for Bentley and take real good care of him.

Our dog Sam never minds at all going to stay. He is always clean and fresh when we pick him up. All the staff are so easy to work with and to get answers or situations resolved if any in a very timely manner.

I love seeing the familiar faces greeting us when we arrive. Murphy, my miní GoldenDoodle, absolutely adore his play days with the "big dogs" and literally scrambles to get through the front door!
I have always felt very comfortable leaving Murphy for over nights.

We really love how much play time/activity the dogs get each day combined with the fact that there is staff present at all times. The price point is great for a nightly rate. Everyone is very friendly too! Overall very pleased and will keep coming back in the future.

All staff and the Pet Resort Manager are a delight to deal with .They are in total control of the dogs and take extra good care of them .I have been taking my dog there for 9 years and never once did I think he had been mistreated, just totally the opposite.I have no hesitation in recommending this Pet Resort

The individual attention and care given to our dog and all the other dogs. The amount of play time they get everyday. Our dog comes home worn out from all the play time she gets.
Everyone we have come into contact with at Pet Resort Dallas are professional and pleasant and love the pets they care for. We can always tell because our dogs joyfully enter Pet Resort with their tails wagging and they enjoy seeing their caretaker friends who will take good care of them
The best feedback I can give is that our 16 year old Shitzu, Bear, always comes home healthy and happy after spending time with you. For that, we are grateful to the Pet Resort.

Easy! Convenient. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They get to know your fury baby personally. Send pictures periodically during long stays. My dog knows where she is going and can’t wait to get in the door every time I drop off. Affordable!
