All of the staff there is attentive and caring! I always feel safe dropping off my boy.. and he actually runs to the door to get in.. he comes home happy and best of all exhausted!

You have also done a great job with all the grooming. He looks great after a bath and a little trim. His paws are so well cleaned up that he doesn't itch. Really appreciate the teeth brushing and nail clipping as he squirms when I try and do it.
We like the kindness of the staff and the efficiency shown at both drop-off and pick up. The safety precautions taken by the employees have made all interactions with pets and pet parents really comfortable.

You are very accommodating when booking or scheduling grooming. You are great with boarding and watch Emma like she was your own. I appreciated the concern expressed over Emma’s condition when she stayed in July and really appreciated that you let her stay in the reception area. I trust that you will take great care Emma.
Every employe so clearly cares for all the dogs and treats them as individuals, even the difficult ones (like mine)
I like that there are no "cages". That the dogs have play time. The handlers are always cheerful and pleasant. The daycare is very accommodating to my schedule.
The grooming scheduling needs some improvement, though. I brought my dog in for daycare and scheduled him to be groomed. The groomer told me she wouldn't have time to groom my dog. It would have been nice to know that before I arrived.
Always a good experience for boarding
AAPR is so accommodating! They really love our dogs and treat them as if they are their own. Our dogs go crazy anytime we ask if they are ready to go to camp!
You guys always take such good care of our pack when we board them! Our pups love staying there, and it gives us peace of mind while we’re away. Love the cameras in the boarding area that allow us to check in on them, too.
I wouldn’t trust my dogs anywhere else during my 12 hour shifts! They are so happy when we get there I can tell they love it :)
1. My dog gets all excited when I tell he is going to the kennel to play with the dogs.!!!!
First and foremost I have faith in the staff and think they are really great talented individuals. Secondly, my dog goes nutso once I say “daycare “ and she cannot wait to go. So that tells me she really enjoys it and that makes me feel less anxious. So it’s a win-win-win situation.
I have brought ruby since she was just a pup, I have a hectic work life and I know she always gets a couple fun days a week with her other pupsters Pals having fun in the sun😎☀️
Nicole, the guys and gals could not be any nicer, I really consider them like family, they are so sweet to pups and I know This as ruby still cries with excitement every morning when we pull up!!!!

The customer service is awesome and my dogs are well taken care of when there. I am very particular about my dogs but I do not worry when they are at All American Pet Resort Royal Oak.

My dogs come home tired every week from daycare, and they always seem happy to go (tail wags when we pull into the parking lot). The staff know my dogs by name and understand their personality quirks and differences. I always feel confident that they are being well taken care of when they are there

The staff is very friendly and clearly love the pets they care for. Their style of socialization and alone time has suited our family very well. Our dog enjoys going, and gets excited at the phrase "doggie daycare" as she knows she is going to play!
Personnel seem to really care about the animals. Clean environment. Especially that someone is there 24 hours a day when I board my dog Logan.
This is the most caring, loving and attentive group of people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. Our dogs literally run in the door when they go for daycare or boarding. They know they will be loved and paid special attention to. The groomers are awesome too - they take such good care of our senior dog and send her home looking relaxed and beautiful. All American Pet Resort is THE BEST!
We’ve been coming to AAPRRO for over ten years, with three different dogs. While our two girls have been easy-going, our boy was an energy-filled barker, who your staff fondly named “the speaker of the house”. We are so grateful for your care and support of us and our four-legged family members.
We feel very comfortable leaving Barney in your capable hands! You all have played a key role in helping to socialize him so that he is more confident and less stressed around other dogs. We have utilized your boarding, daycare and grooming services and are extremely pleased with all of these. Your staff is very caring, friendly and professional. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
