The employees at Pet Resort Dallas truly care about my dog when she is staying with them. They always greet my dog by name as soon as we walk through the front door. On one occasion, when I had to board my dog for several nights, they provided text and email updates about how my dog was doing, which I greatly appreciated. I plan to always board my dog here for as long as I’m in Dallas.

Pet Resort Dallas is my go-to boarding place! My dog loves going there. He's never afraid to go in the front door, or in the large and open back area where the pets are kept. All the staff are the nicest and most caring people. They all know my dog's name, and our feeding preferences. If any of those preferences change, they are flexible and interested in documenting the new information in their automated system. Once, when I was out of the country, and my dog was not feeling well, they called in the mobile vet (following my contingency plan), and communicated with me every step of the way! You can't go wrong in selecting Pet Resort Dallas as your go-to place too! Thanks for everything, Pet Report Dallas!
Your care and watchfulness over pets is so appreciated. You do such a great job (you are the best boarding place we have found in the past 15 years). We had a handicapped dog. We felt how much you cared about her and watched out for her (and I know she felt it also, because she loved boarding with you). You all were such a help with her when we had to be away (which was such a relief that we could leave her in such good hands). Thank you so much for everything.

As you know, I have a difficult dog who doesn't like other people or other dogs. As soon as we turn into the parking lot - Jaesa becomes a different dog. She is excited for everyone to touch her - she LOVES the staff! She also loves playing and interacting with all the other dogs! Without you, I would not have been able to keep her. You are our savior! I look forward to our weekly play dates!

The staff is absolutely amazing - caring - super dog friendly and oriented - they communicate well with the owners, and give you peace of mind whether your family member is in daycare or boarding. Frankie and Pickles love being there - socializing, and we know they are in great care.

Pet Resort is about the cleanest pet boarding facility I’ve ever been in. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I love that Pet Resort stays up to date on their boarders Shot history and even sends an alert that one of the shots is about to expire. They always remember your pets and even their quirks. Pet Resort has a lot of cameras for owners to log in to and check on their pets. Wouldn’t take our dogs to any other place
