I like the video of kennel and play areas so I can see my dog, Pearl, while I am away. I like that there is 24 hour staff attendance. She seemed happy and well cared for when I picked her up. I appreciate the free bath after 4 days also!
Our dog gets very excited whenever we pull into the parking lot. Her reaction tells me she is treated well when she is there.

The boarding and daycare services are the best around. I know when I drop off my dog, she is in great hands! She has severe separation issues but I can see on the cameras that she is comfortable and calm during her stay. I love that she is able to have some familiar things in her kennel such as her blanket and her favorite toys from home.
The employees are very caring, helpful, and I can tell that they genuinely care about the dogs at the resort.
This is the only place I trust to take care of my dog when I have to head out of town.

Staff is friendly & well trained. Dog caregivers really enjoy their guests and quickly learn about their likes & dislikes. They have good communications skills and pass on their observations about your dog.

I like that the dogs get to be out of there cages and socializing with other dogs a couple of times a day for long periods. I also like that I can see my dog any time using their webcams.
