I didn't like that he wasn't able to clean the throw pillows or go over the ottoman without an additional charge. Over 300 for the couch was steep enough...I felt like that was ridiculous to add on fee , that should be included.

Very professional technician who provided service quickly and at quality level. The price is not as competitive as others which is why I may not recommend to others unless they are willing to pay for premium service.

We recently purchased a home where the previous owners had a dog in the house. The carpets were in pretty rough shape and the house had the smell of a dog. At the recommendation of our realtor we contacted ZeroRes! This was an amazing choice! The carpets look amazing and the smell is gone.They were very responsive when I had questions about the service, as well as very friendly. The day of our scheduled service the technician called at 9:30 to ask if he could come early which fit our schedule perfectly. We were originally scheduled between 11 and 2. We will definitely use this company again in the future..

Alton was great! I had another tech who was not as good with protecting my home previously Alton on the other hand was fantastic I just had my trim/baseboards - and - walls painted and new carpet on stairs etc. He used guards and wiped down the hoses - and - picked up the hoses to move them rather than slide them around. He cares about the job he does and assured me I'd be happy ... and I was. I would recommend him all day long!!! Reward him!
