Carpets needed thorough cleaning. Zerorez technician, along with alkaline water and strong vacuum suction removed deep down dirt. In carpet with spots or high traffic patterns, the addition of removers and cleaners did the job. Sofa cleaning made them look new. Very pleased with results, technicians politeness and professionalism. This is not the first time we've used Zerorez and it won't be the last. Nice job !!!

I heard about Zerorez after using a competitor, I decided to give it a try. I am glad I did. I was amazed at the great job they did. My carpets and chairs look wonderful and don't have that chemical smell. We've had our chairs cleaned before, but this company did an outstanding job. The tech who performed our service was very professional, courteous and not disruptive. I was impressed with the drying time and just how everything was executed.
