Very efficient from setting up appointment to showing up during the 3 hour window with a courtesy call when 20 mins out. 3 bedrooms. A hallway and staircase and done in under an hour. The next day the carpets looked brand new!

ZeroRez is amazing. Fast, friendly and efficient service. Charged me the quoted price and my carpets look amazing. I have an easily excitable puppy who pees a bit every now and then when to riled up. All stains and smells gone!! ZeroRez is the only call to make. 3 rooms and my hallways for $164, cant beat the value!!

Jackson was super patient and did a great job. We had some commotion at the house with maids, movers and just alot going on and he did the job great!

The young man that came to clean our carpets were very knowledgeable about the benefits of cleaning and sealing the carpet after cleaning. He was very polite and met all our needs.
