Staff was professional, on time, courteous and flexible with unexpected need to change appointment (due to power outage). Technician explained everything before getting started, and made sure I was happy before he left. He encouraged a return call to Zerorez if any stains recurred or if there were any problems or questions.

Really good service. Got out some stains, but not all. (I have what I think is 20 yr old carpet so I wasn't expecting a miracle). I should get another few years out of the carpet that was done at about 1/10th the price of replacement.
The only peculiar thing was the rug pricing. A bedroom costs half as much as an average rug. I'd rather just take that money and buy a new rug.

I wish desperately I could remember the name of our technician that came out b/c he was awesome! Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had heard advertisements for your business for years on the Matt & Ramona radio show. I love that for once an advertisement was true to its word. Your business is top-notch!! From the ease of scheduling online (as a full-time working mom of 2, it's all about convenience in my life) to the prompt and efficient service we received. I was also so taken by how quiet your machines are! I expected to have my AirPods in to drown out the noise while I worked, but it was hardly noticeable. We appreciated the tarp that was put up around our door while it had to remain open to mitigate bugs from getting in and A/C from getting out. Our carpet is honestly junk (builder grade we intend to upgrade one day), but when your tech was done, he got out 95% of the stains, lessened the one he couldn't get out, and the carpet actually FELT brand new again. I was amazed and so impressed. Our couches came out perfect and our home smelled so wonderful when he was done. We will absolutely be repeat customers again and I will recommend you to anyone and everyone searching for cleaners. His product knowledge was also fantastic and helped me to determine the right treatments, though he could have up-sold me on some options, he LISTENED to my needs and recommended treatments that were appropriate.
