Great service. Justin was very professional and worked efficiently.

Technician was professional and tried hard to remove a bad spot on the carpet he cleaned. Unfortunately with all the effort the spot could not be removed.

The only complaint was when she asked to use our bathroom.

The carpets look so much better

They took 2 very dirty Area Rugs back to their warehouse to clean. They estimated 2 weeks and it was right on time. One of our rugs was a Family room rug where our Family spends most of our time with 2 dogs. Our dogs laid on it and the rug was getting funky. They did a great job at eliminating the odor from that rug and getting it back to looking new. Great response. Great People.

I love the cleaning process that ZeroRez employs! They are the only company I call when I want to have my carpet professsioanlly cleaned.

They are very professional and do great work. If you have kids or pets and have stains on your carpets, they will get them out for sure.

Quick; easy pay; friendly

The carpets in our home are probably 25 years old. While they may not look brand new after a visit from Zerorez, they certainly look like they’ve had an expensive facelift!
I have never been disappointed with the system or the technicians who do the cleaning.
This visit it was Alton He is awesome....I would adopt him if I could. Friendly, efficient, fun.
