The guy that came to our house was incredibly professional. He went over every single area we had concerns about. We have a lot of house and he was in and out in less then 2 hours. When I got back home I was shocked to see the difference on the carpets. Incredibly shocked, we have 3 kids and pets and I never thought the carpet would look nice again. I felt extremely comfortable, and would use you guys again.....hopefully you’d send the same technician, he rocked! Thanks so much.

My only complaint is that..Zerorez advertises that the carpet is pretty much dry after cleaning. This is not true, our carpet was not dry after cleaning and it took 6-8-10 hours to dry. That was fine, I was happy with the technician and the job that he did. However, you should advertise something that is not true.
