I heard about Zerorez after using a competitor, I decided to give it a try. I am glad I did. I was amazed at the great job they did. My carpets and chairs look wonderful and don't have that chemical smell. We've had our chairs cleaned before, but this company did an outstanding job. The tech who performed our service was very professional, courteous and not disruptive. I was impressed with the drying time and just how everything was executed.

Technician was professional and tried hard to remove a bad spot on the carpet he cleaned. Unfortunately with all the effort the spot could not be removed.

The only complaint was when she asked to use our bathroom.

The carpets look so much better

They took 2 very dirty Area Rugs back to their warehouse to clean. They estimated 2 weeks and it was right on time. One of our rugs was a Family room rug where our Family spends most of our time with 2 dogs. Our dogs laid on it and the rug was getting funky. They did a great job at eliminating the odor from that rug and getting it back to looking new. Great response. Great People.
