The service was excellent. I didn't think the carpet was going to come out that good. Excellent job.

There was no harsh smell and no leftover residue. I was worried about that with my older dog but didn’t have to be concerned. I do not usually make it a priority to provide reviews but had to with this experience. Before the cleaning tools even came out, my entire family was completely 'in love' with the two great guys from Zerorez that came to our house to do the job. They showed up on time, clean, polite - and one was wearing a Steelers mask, which meant he clearly had great taste.

In all seriousness, as they looked around our home before starting the work, they were absolute professionals. I was shocked by how strongly they advocated for their company and the products offered. Every company wants employee advocates like that, and it was refreshing to experience. They gave us tips about cleaning and were upfront about spots that may not come clean and why.

They also talked and joked with my kids, who have been missing "adult contact" during the pandemic. My boys had a great time talking about football and want Art and Elton (oh gosh, I'm worried I have that wrong now, please forgive me if I do) to come back and hang out.

The guys were also FAST and CRAZY CLEAN as they picked up.

Oh, and our house is much cleaner now! I guess that's why I called in the first place. The best part is that it's the first time we did grout cleaning. My floors look amazing, so that has to be a regular thing from now on.

Professional work and on time.

Working with Zerorez for the third time was an excellent experience. My husband and I have just bought a new home and we knew we wanted to not only clean BUT sanitize it thoroughly. The technicians were thorough and even included a bacteria elimination treatment.

First of all my tech that day was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. I think his name is Jay. The carpets came out so nice and I definitely noticed a difference from the before and after. It was my mom's place and needed have the carpets cleaned before the new people moved in. I told my husband that we need to do our home and I can't wait!!!

My technician said there was a 7 day deal, where you guys would come back out to re-do a spot? If so I have one spot on my stairs that needs more attention.

However, the tech was GREAT, friendly, prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Also the products were almost odor free, and my carpet wasn't soaking wet when he finished.

Service personnel was extremely professional and very articulate in support of your product. You need to keep him onboard

I am overall very happy with the services we received from Zerorez. Our Tech was fantastic and so helpful. I never knew our carpets could look so clean. The only thing is I wish I would have done the level 2 pet treatment because although level 1 took care of like 99% of it I still notice a slight smell. I will definitely book with yall again in the future.

Art was very professional in his attire, presentation, service and Covid precautions. He did an excellent job in revitalizing our sectional sofa, chair and area rug. These items, particularly the sofa, had a lot of water stains from spilled beverages.
