Question - why do they not clean under couches? No blocks where used under any furntiure, in the past they where, why the change?

I was called with a 15 minute window before arrival, our technician communicated clearly about the price ahead of time and about how he would clean the carpet and treat the stains. Our pet stains and mud in the carpet are gone! Will use again!

it looks so much better! He also did the chairs which look really nice. only one didn't come clean - but the stain had been there for a couple of weeks (kid dumped a milkshake on the chair) so i didn't have very high expectations. Thank you - we will use you again.
