Our tech called before coming to let us know ETA. He was on-time. Walked through the house with us (as this was our first time) to show him some areas of concern. He got started right away, gave us a cleaning time frame and was done within that time. Carpets looked and smelled great! Took the time to go over post cleaning care, dry time etc. Our carpet looks new again, especially in the high traffic areas. All of our stains (except for 1- which does look better which he was up front about the possibility of not completely getting out) are gone! Love the science behind their cleaning as well as safety for my pets. It was cost effective for us as well! Highly recommend!

Trey called ahead, arrived when he said he would and listened carefully to my carpet stain concerns.
As I reviewed the Zerorez process as he was finishing up, I realized that the rotating power brush process had not been used. Given the length of time since I had cleaned my carpets and due to staining, I really wanted this part of the process. Trey agreed to my request and went back to the office to get that machine and went over the areas needing extra attention. This really helped in quite a few of the problem areas. I regret I did not have cash to tip Trey!
