Carpet/pet stains do not return after cleaning which is a major difference between Zerorez and other companies. However we sent an area rug with our technician to be cleaned. He said it would take 2-3 weeks and it took two months. That is unacceptable.
Your tech who came out was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and worked hard to make sure we were completely satisfied, which we most definitely were. I love that you use natural products that do not harm my pets. Also I had to call your customer service, and the lady I spoke to was most helpful to quickly get the info I needed and she was right about it. I have nothing bad to say about this business at all and if anyone asks, I will gladly direct them to this company.
