The person you sent was what we expected and got, he was personable and efficient Everything Looked good after he left however day or two later our bedroom seem to have a slight odor from maybe the dirt rising to the top we probably would have you back to do just our bedroom again Other than that the whole experience was a good one and I would recommend the company
