Bottom line! Carpets look great! Good communication about block of time to reserve and
when technician was on his way. Also, explained before what product options I had and
what each was for. Upon finishing, I got to examine the job done before payment. Only
hitch was that I had actually received two different coupon offers at different times. One
included the same as the first, but added an additiional discount. There was a little back
and forth (as the fine print states I can't use more than one special.) I had to argue for the
bigger package, as I didn't have that one when I made my appointment. Ultimately, I was
able to use it! Thanks for a job well done!

Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning service we've used for years. When we leave a messaged requesting service, Zerorez responds early on the following business day to set up the appointment.

The sales person who answers the phone determines the service(s) needed and researches the best price, including any current discounts available.

On the day arranged, a technician calls about half an hour before the service to report the exact time of arrival. Without exception, the technicians are professional, prompt, cordial, and great communicators, and it's clear that the office has relayed the customer's request in detail. On arrival, the technician examines the carpet to be cleaned so as to ascertain the degree of soil and identify the types of stains that require special treatment.

I need "emergency" cleaning service due to my dog's illness on 01/31/2023. Zerorez was able to schedule the cleaning for the very next day.
