First I have to say that I had used Zerorez once before and was very disappointed, both with the man who came to do the work and that many of the spots came back within two or three days.
However, Zerores offered a special so I decided to try once more. I'm very pleased to say that this time I was delighted. The fellow who came was so friendly, and professional, and the work he performed was excellent!

Zero Rez does a very good job with any area rug they have cleaned for me. They pick up and deliver.
The carpet is old, but looked a lot cleaner after Zerorez than after a previous cleaner. The carpet also feels softer.
