I really feel like it was way overpriced for the service we got. Our technician was very nice and helpful. He was also very efficient! I think for all that was included in the cleaning I wouldn’t recommend this company because it was quite expensive.

Jacob came to clean our carpets. He was very knowledgeable on the company services. we ended up cleaning all carpets in the house including an area rug. We also decide to clean our couch and love seat. Everything came out amazing. So thank you Zerorez!!!

No soap & harsh chemicals

All in all the service was good. However, after carpet was dry, there were some spots that were not clean.

This carpet & tile cleaning refreshed many years of large & small stains that I spent too much time trying to eliminate.
The specialists that arrived were charming and finished my 2 floors in about 3 hrs. This was a carpeted Master Bd.Rm, a guess Bd Rm, a tiled Master Bath, a tiled Bar area, a large carpeted Family room & Living room plus stairs.
I would definitely hire or recommend them anytime.

I liked the email confirmation before my scheduled appointment. I liked the technician called me 15 minutes before arriving. The technician was very professional and he had the company shirt on. He answered all of my questions and walked with me through the spaces being cleaned. It was really easy for pay on the app too. I would recommend this company to others.
