The gentleman arrived on time. Walked the areas that were to be cleaned. Gave me information about the product. After the cleaning we walked the areas again he pointed out spots that he was not able to erase, which I knew were bleach. He also gave instructions for drying. I requested a quote for another rug for cleaning, he gave me all the details need for this rug. I have no issues.
