I am very pleased with the outcome with both my carpet and tile areas. I didn't have much hope for the carpet, but it came clean and looks and feels great! Professional and straight forward. There are a few add-ons that will be pitched, but they didn't fit my needs at the time and there was no pressure or sleezy sales tactics. Highly recommend!

Darius did a great job with the 3 room special. We added a few additional items like Fiber protection, and deodorizing, and had him clean an area rug. He called ahead, arrived on time, and cleaned up before he left. Outstanding job.

Did a great job on our carpets. Our land is mostly clay and the people who built our house walked all over our new carpets with wet, clay covered boots. Needless to say we weren't happy, but Zerorez did a great job working out the stains. We also like that they stand by their work and will come back if we notice anything that may have gotten missed. Our carpet tech was very polite and knowledgeable, but also didn't push anything we didn't want or need. Just overall very happy with the service we received.

Professional personnel and wonderful cleaning

We are very happy with how our sofas and rugs came out, and will definitely use your services again when we need it. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 is because when I called to make the appointment, I asked on the call if the sofa cleaning included deodorizing, and was told yes. When the technician got here, I was told the quote did not include it. I'm not sure where the disconnect was, but I ended up having to pay more than was quoted to get my sofa deodorized. Again, I'm happy with the work itself, I'm just not happy that my quote changed due to what was a miscommunication.
