Great service overall, the product/method they use really works! They removed all of my stubborn stains on the carpets, sofa and dining chairs. I got the premium carpet package. They’re more pricey than some other’s but you really get what you pay for. The tech was extremely thorough and hard working, worked hard to get everything we discussed, did not miss a beat. I really feel like it was way overpriced for the service we got. Our technician was very nice and helpful. He was also very efficient! I think for all that was included in the cleaning I wouldn’t recommend this company because it was quite expensive.

Jacob came to clean our carpets. He was very knowledgeable on the company services. we ended up cleaning all carpets in the house including an area rug. We also decide to clean our couch and love seat. Everything came out amazing. So thank you Zerorez!!!

All in all the service was good. However, after carpet was dry, there were some spots that were not clean.
