I can't say enough good things about working with Zerorez. I recently moved into a new home and had to reschedule my appointment a few times and every person I spoke with was very friendly. I spoke with Karl a few times and he was always willing to help. Jacob came out to clean my carpets and did a great job. He was even able to add on a closet I forgot to include. We walked the carpets and he called out a few discolored areas that would not be removed b/c of the chemical previously used. He was very quick. I would suggest Zerorez to others.

I would highly recommend Zerorez for having your carpets cleaned. I love the way they came out. My carpets look amazing. The gentleman that came was prompt and answered any questions I had. I like that fact that there are no harsh chemicals used. I will definitely use them again.
