The guys from Zerorez thoroughly examined and discussed the carpet & stains present with me before starting. They explained what makes their water and their process different from other companies. I was really excited to not have any chemical residue left on the carpet because my son has a bearded dragon who enjoys roaming around upstairs. The carpet turned out amazingly clean and brighter now that the dirt is gone! I also had a tile cleaning demo done after the carpet cleaning and have them scheduled to clean my kitchen tile next week. I highly recommend this company if you need your floors and carpets cleaned!
