Overall the technician did a great job! We did pay an additional $120 for a stain and smell removal and the smell is still there and so is some of the stain.

The service to clean our nearly 20 year old sectional couch went very smoothly. I am so pleased with how well it cleaned up. After learning about the damage that can be caused by chemical cleaners I will never trust any other company to clean our furniture. The associate that performed the service couldn't have been more courteous and professional. 10 out of 10!
