Jacob was polite, professional and called 45 minutes ahead of arrival to give us a heads up. We had a few difficult spots in our carpet that came up pretty well and overall had great results. Jacob was also helpful in determining whether the dirt in our linoleum could be effectively cleaned or not. Furniture was carefully moved and our rooms left as before. It was recommended we have a 6-month follow-up since we have older carpet with tight weave, so we’ll likely call back for spot cleaning.

My stairs and upstairs carpet were really in need of a good cleaning - I have 2 teenage boys! The guys from Zerorez thoroughly examined and discussed the carpet & stains present with me before starting. They explained what makes their water and their process different from other companies. I was really excited to not have any chemical residue left on the carpet because my son has a bearded dragon who enjoys roaming around upstairs. The carpet turned out amazingly clean and brighter now that the dirt is gone! I also had a tile cleaning demo done after the carpet cleaning and have them scheduled to clean my kitchen tile next week. I highly recommend this company if you need your floors and carpets cleaned!
