Your staff was friendly and professional. Patrick did a great job on the carpets and was open to questions and explaining the process he would be doing. He also arrived on time and took care to keep the entry clean while entering and exiting the house. It was great to walk on the floor barefoot and feel a soft carpet (not stiff from chemicals). Thank you for a wonderful experience.

How effective it cleaned my slate entryway and nice your people (Eric and Nathan - I think) were.
The service was easy to set up. I requested a quote online and recieved a response the same day. Once my service was arranged, I recieved a phone call 30mins before the cleaner (Jeff)arrived and the whole cleaning process only took about an hour. The cleaner informed me of everything he was doing step by step and answered all my questions. He also provided some styrofoam blocks to put my furniture on while the carpet dried. Overall, the service was great and my carpets look fantastic!
Patrick and Erik were so personable. They were extremely friendly and professional. I love to see people smile when they work. They did an excellent job and my 11 year old carpenting has not looked this good in years.

I don't like that there is a minimum - sometimes I just need one room cleaned.
My carpet is super "crunchy" even after we vacuumed after all dry. I was hoping since you say your don't use detergents that the crunchy effect would not occur. And the it looks spotty. husband who was present during cleaning says it is the nap that's swirled around, but sorry, still just a big disappointed. Stanley Steamer did a better job of leaving carpet feeling soft, and looking nice. they raked the nap all one way at least while it was wet. (We never walked on it at all till it was completely dry, by the way.)

I liked the fact that the carpet was cleaned without chemicals and yet the finished product is clean and has a nice, thick feel to the it again.
Tech was great! On time, friendly and knowledgeable. Cleaning results were subpar and in the past we have gotten far better cleaning results with competitors. We will now have to pay to have it cleaned again, and that wasn't something we were anticipating having to do.
The technicians were vey friendly and professional and explained everything very thoroughly . I would definitely use you again! We are going to be moving and they were quick to suggest calling ZeroreZ if we need our carpets cleaned at the new house. Thank you so much for great service!
The service technician was great and very professional. The reason I didn't give a 10 is that he was unable to completely clean the carpet brown discoloration from the water. He said he would call to come back to treat it with something at a later date but hasn't happened yet.
The technician was fabulous, the carpets look great and the dry time was better than steam clean. VERY PLEASED. ZeroREZ is the best carpet cleaning service I have used and will be a repeat customer. AWESOME.
Setting up a time online was very convenient. The service was on time as scheduled. The only suggestion I have is to go over pricing up front to know exactly what the end price will be after room size is factored in to pricing.
I think you should rephrase the question to read: Is there Anything you don't like about our products and services. :) Had a great coach in Nathaniel last Friday! he explained how the system works, told me how long it should take after examining all the carpets to be cleaned and then finished in under the allotted time. Great experience. Am talking you up!
