I really liked the combing tool that lifted hair & dirt out of the carpet pile. Also loved the citrus spray--smelled very fresh & clean without any chemical or perfumey smell.

The guys who can (Nathaniel and Jake) were good guys, and really did a good job. They really seemed to know what they were doing, and enjoyed it as well.
