When your firm was recommended,we were told thar after cleaning there is little moisture in carpet. Our carpet felt quite 'wet'.
Also based on your name I did not expect the ' crunch' that you get with some companies that to me indicates residue; we did experience some although possibly reduced crunch.

I like that you do not use more soap so dirt will not collect like other carpet cleaners we have used. The guys that came out were just great. Very courteous and explained everything they were doing. We will have them back out to do our upstairs in the near future.
Thorough carpet cleaning by professional staff who go the extra mile! Very impressed on several levels. Staff even moved furniture. A hint of citrus and that's it! Carpet looks nice.
My carpet still looks clean after being completely dry. Other times with other cleaners stains quickly showed up. Not a good thing!
