I was very pleased with the results. My carpets, which had not been cleaned in 3 years, became amazingly clean. I really like the Zerorez concept of not using detergents or surfactants in the cleaning process, as this should greatly reduce ongoing dirt build-up.

No soap or chemicals.

(1) The man who cleaned my carpet claimed to believe on Jesus; a plus.

(2) The man who cleaned my carpet tried his best; a plus.

(3) Your business name is palindromic, such that it makes the Chicks On The Right giggle; a plus;

(4) The only things that I found unsatisfactory is that one room and 13 steps cost $140 but three rooms would only cost $129. So I felt a bit ripped off, monetarily. And, the contractor who is working on fixing certain aesthetic issues in my house this week told me that "soil filtration" in carpets on stairs is the biggest load of horse dung ever uttered by a carpet-cleaning person. But, since Nathaniel is a Christian and TCOTR love zerorez so much, I let slide that bogus explanation of the dusty, soot-like marks on the edge of each stair (some of which Nathaniel cleaned up completely with a rag).

(5) My carpets were thoroughly filthy, and they're much better now; a plus that mitigates the minuses of list item #4.

Considering the tragic look that the carpet on my stairs and in my room had, I think that after having been cleaned by zerorez they look fantastic (trust me, they were a mess). And the man who came out to clean the carpets was super nice.

So, I like the personality of the man who did the cleaning, and I like the fact that the zerorez product cleaned my carpets.

And, when my house-mate called to complain because the stairs had a dirty look along the edges (where the carpet meets the wall), the same man came out to clean the edges (the very next day).

The carpet did not come clean even after he went over it twice in some spots. There were no specific problem spots, it was just traffic patterns but he couldn't get it clean.

I had some stains that he said he may not be able to get up and he was right; however, they do look better. He did an excellent job with what he had to work with. The young man who cleaned our carpet is named Nathanial. He introduced himself to us upon entering the home, petted our old dog, then preceded to explain the zerorez process, and began working. This is 27 year old carpet with a visible traffic pattern. It looks fabulous! We are very pleased with Nathanial and Zerorez.

Everything was great; including scheduling the appointment, the notice that the technician was on his way, showing up on time, moving and replacing furniture so that all areas were cleaned, leaving a bottle of spot treater, and even the checkout/payment process was seamless.
