This was our 1st experience with Zerorez. Needless to say, we are convinced. By far the best carpet service we have ever experienced. Not only were our carpets obviously clean when Patrick left the house, they were DRY! And there was absolutely ZERO residual carpet cleaning smell! We are SOLD. This new technology is very impressive. Ready to schedule my next appointment for the remainding areas in the house.

Customer service was great, the guys were great, the attention to details were great but the empowered water fell a bit short when it came to the effectiveness of cleaning the high traffic areas.
A couple things really stand out with my experience. One, your technician was very polite and friendly and I felt like I could trust what he was telling me. I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of. Second, he spend a great deal of time working on the carpet. I was very impressed with his patience and willingness to really get the carpet clean. I thanked him for taking the extra time.

Water leaves no residue. Unfortunately, the grout sealant you use does leave a residue.

I love the smell of the cleaning solution. Patrick was very thorough...he spent more time than I expected on the sofa and did a great job. He was also very friendly towards, and tolerant of, my excitable dog, so I felt comfortable having him in my home.

Even though my technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional and explained why my pet's vomit stains could not be eliminated, I believe that as a carpet cleaning business, that's the service you provide. My expectations were not met. I find it hard to believe that with as many pet owners in this country that have these type of stains, your company doesn't have a way of eliminating them. Apart from the stains, the rest of the carpet was clean. I will not recommend Zerorez to my friends that own pets and I will not use your service in the future knowing what I know now.
Cleaning with water is much more palatable than chemicals. Your technicians are well trained and helpful.
