Customer service and friendliness of staff is wonderful. Service people have been very congenial and easy to talk to. I had a few spots on the floor that needed attention and they were still in need of attention after the cleaners came through. Perhaps a good idea would be to go back after the cleaning with the client and make sure trouble spots were taken care of.
Made carpet look new again! Feels soft and clean!

Seems to do a good job, carpets are almost dry when they leave, smells and feels good.
When we spoke to the representative to ask for an estimate of cost we specifically said we had pet urine problems in the entire area that we discussed(basement). We were quoted $215 for the cleaning. When the technician arrived to complete the work he informed us that the quote was only for a basic carpet cleaning and would not include any treatment for the pet soiling. This felt very shady and like a misrepresentation just to get the technician out to our house. At no time during the initial phone call was there mention of additional costs to treat the pet soiled area. We wound up paying almost $150 above the original quote. Please be up front about costs. I would only recommend your services with a huge caution to ask about 'extra or hidden' costs for the services that someone is requesting.

Matt did an excellent job! He was so professional. He walked me through the process and let me inspect the work after every room. Then he asked if I needed a final walkthrough! Of course I didn’t because he was so thorough! I would highly recommend Zerorez Indy to all!

“Worn”. He repeatedly explained it was like sunglasses that get

However, when the Technician returned and cleaned the closet carpet additionally, it

He left without a word to us. Perhaps he was embarrassed??

Our home's previous owners left a huge mess on all the carpets. Y'all got nearly ALL of them! Wow! Carpets look so great and my husband agrees.
Technician was polite and did a great job working on the trouble areas. House smelled great after.

Incredible how the carpet came back to life! Clean, order free and not crunchy and flat. Extremely happy with the carpet on the steps after 14 years we though we were going to need to replace it but after your cleaning job, looks like it can go for another 14.
