Refund the nearly $200 we spent, because every spot and stain is still visible throughout the entire room and hallway. To make matters worse, it took 24 hours to dry, and now there's no time to get it recleaned by a true professional because our new furniture is being delivered in the morning.

I found it almost comical that for a company called zerorez, there was residue all on the sides of my hallway runner that I had to wipe up, which was pretty much black on my white rag.
I also don’t like all of the up-selling/add-ons. In fact, I can’t stand it. It’s like allegiant airlines that advertise a low fare and then charge for every single other thing, like a seat and a piece of carry on luggage. Just put in the price to begin with.
I probably will not recommend your company. Sales guy was great and will do well.

You cleaned my carpet in December and got a horrible tracked in grease stain out. THe walk way looked just as nice as the rest of the less walked on carpet areas.

My carpet was nasty from spilled drinks and the dog and kids, I was not expecting a miracle but wanted to extend the life of the carpet a little bit and to my surprise most stains came out!

I asked for a quote on an area rug which also had pet stains and odor and I appreciate that he was honest in telling me that he did not think it would be possible to clean and deodorize to my satisfaction rather than making a sale.

Carpet looks great! Technician was prompt, polite, professional, and conscientious about his work. He took the time to explain the process and left the area very neat. No overspray on other floors, woodwork or baseboards. He wore shoe covers each and every time he entered the house from outside. We are very please with the quality of work. We will definitely have other rooms cleaned on a regular basis. Process is superior to other methods we have used in the past and carpets dried surprisingly fast. Pricing was fair too. I am a believer in Zerorez! Thanks!!

Andy was very friendly and efficient. I was called a few days before my appointment and given a time range and then on the day of my appointment I was called to give me a closer estimate of the time. Andy called when he was on his way so I didn’t have to sit and wait all day. My carpets look and feel great. I have already scheduled another appointment with Andy to clean my tile and grout
